About Jeanne

My passion for design began at an early age, inspired by my mother and brother, both artists. After developing my creative foundation through art and sculpture, I went on to study Interior Design in college.

Following a brief career in advertising and marketing, I joined my mother at Fine Things, Custom Interiors in Ambler, PA. For 15 years, I helped clients bring their visions to life through thoughtful design and attention to detail. Even after the business was sold, I continued as a design consultant, collaborating with homeowners to plan layouts, select materials, prepare estimates, and coordinate with contractors and architects to ensure every project came together seamlessly.

I later broadened my experience in commercial construction, where I learned the power of strong project management and true client advocacy. I came to appreciate the vital role of the Owner’s Representative, a professional who protects the client’s interests and ensures the owner’s vision and budget are fully realized.

In recent years, I’ve immersed myself in residential remodeling, taking on roles as sales consultant, project manager, estimator, and operations manager. Having worn nearly every hat in the renovation process, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what makes projects succeed (and what derails them).

After nearly three decades in design and construction, one truth stands out: even great design can falter without genuine advocacy for the homeowner. That realization led me to reshape my work around a new role - a Design Advocate.

As a Design Advocate, I help homeowners navigate their renovation with clarity, confidence, and trust. My goal is to make the process transparent, organized, and fully aligned with what matters most to the homeowner.
